Many thanks for sharing the video, just wondered if you are still using it or have continued walking with oak. During this Covid thing I've covered many miles with a variety staffs but haven't tried oak, was put off by the weight.

Hi Jim, I haven't used it so much recently as I have been sticking to the established paths and forestry commission trails whilst staying local during covid. It is heavy and I would go for the thinner oak staff if I made another. Your assumption is correct as it can become a burden after a couple of hours walking. Hope this helps. Cheers john
