hey tom, the only thing i would tell you to add, throw thinly sliced onions on top, after you smash it down, then when you flip, flip the onions with the burger. the onions caramelize with the meat. smash burgers are pretty much the same everywhere you go, but that’s how most are done in the US ! shits great tho

I'd absolutely eat that, but I usually prefer to make a nice big fat 12oz patty, 1/3lb bacon, few slices cheddar. That way the patty is juicy as hell. I have worse luck with thin patties. Note: half the bacon goes on the bottom and half on top. This burger should be tweaked that way.

I caught a 22lb Pike at Croft fisheries in a match about 12 years ago. It was the only fish caught.so i got 1st 2nd and 3rd prize plus a payout for biggest fish. As for the Aspinall burger i would deffo have one as a one off,as im not in the habit of paying £14 for a burger. Im not saying it isnt worth it, im too much of a tight arse to pay that.
