7:21 if you use flour instead of the parchment paper the dough won't slide away and it will be more even because the dough isn't sliding away (but you have to clean it up afterwards)

What i do to roll stuff, is i put flour down on the surface and the rollling pin, i put the batter down , then i roll it! Its super simple :D

As someone who bakes often. The butter needed to be softened that’s why it wouldn’t blend for you. The country crock has olive oil which could have made the cookies taste funky. And if a cookie recipe has corn starch in it. Run away!!!! Just to know for next time you have a chaotic baking episode. I loved watching it.

As a painter, seeing you have white frosting and other colored frosting and waiting for you to mix them to make light brown, light purple etc. was so funny. They still turned out amazing

Top tip on rolling dough but flour all over the counter and on the rolling pin that way the dough doesn't stick and it's a lot easier it's messy but it works
