How long do you press the decks for? Also, do you router them right after you take them out of the mold or do you wait longer and then router them?

about 1 hour then cure for at least 24 hours before shaping. i work in batches so most cure for much longer than that

Mine take about three days to make, DONT PULL THEM OUT AND THEN SHAPE THEM. It will cause the plys to absolutely pull apart, I wasted about 3 decks making that mistake, wait about a day and then they are rock solid
