they're called phone heart hooks! you can find them through many online sellers (amazon, etsy, Alibexpress, etc ᵕ̈ )

I was at Anime Expo and I wanted to your bag and some other artists as well. However, when choosing between a t-shirt and a tote bag, I chose shirts because they were pretty much the same price . . . but $35 or sometimes, $40 . . . it was just way too expensive, IMO. Perhaps, next year, I can afford to buy one of yours.
