Hahahah, meeting complaints of boredom with outdoor labor. I love that! My parents didn't allow us to get away with bugging them about boredom either. When you've got a room full of toys, shelves of books and games and art supplies, and first-world amenities, there's no excuse. Dad always said that only boring people get bored. I passed that down to my stepdaughter, who weng through a phase of expecting to be entertained and (temporarily) thought I was the meanest grown up ever. :)

It is normal for white paint to yellow over time. You have to paint all the white trim at the same time and then it yellows at the same rate. This is what I have learned after many, many remodels.
