Sweetheart, I don't know how you do it. When I use Parchment paper it sticks to it.

I actually never have had a problem with it sticking. I have even put paper on top to control the grease. The only thing I can think of is maybe it is the brand of bacon. You could try spraying the parchment paper with cooking spray before placing the bacon on. If you give this a try, let me know if it helps. Thanks.
