The donut base seems similar or the same - instead of many small batches they could have made a large batch with the common ingredients then dosed it out for each flavor. Definitely not a donut master - these are donut shaped cakes.

There have always been cake donuts and yeast doughnuts......cake are baked and yeast are deep-fried.....cake are really dense and yeast are light and airy....then there's maple bars - a combination of the two. Different batter (denser) but still deep-fried. There are many different doughnuts/pastry.

looks great but i will not calls these donuts because they are baked and donuts are deep fried not baked and if u bake them, those are cakes not donuts for the simple fact the texture are different when baked to fried and i know these because i am a chef/baker.
