Thanks for the video. The Boba fett theme sound is absolutely incredible. I blast it at full volume and kind of do a mosh pit

I've done all my boba fett foam armor parts and plus I've made a helmet but it was very complicated to do at first but I got round it and started to stick it together all the shapes and it's look great

I created a rubber abdomen for my Clone Trooper outfit a while ago, which added a whole lot more flexibility and matched the PLA pieces well. I was even able to use the same paint after a base of plasti-dip. I don't suppose your mold method is viable for something that big? I'm getting some paint rubbing off against the chest plate and I'd prefer a dyed piece instead of a painted one.

Did you 3d print it? I don't think this would work great for a whole ab piece

if you're worried about your rubber ripping, I would try power mesh to reinforce it. Its really good for silicone masks, im guessing it would work with that smooth on product.

I draw mine on plain white paper and then I cut it out and I transfer onto eva foam and then I start to paint the shape and then I draw the details

Are you going to add the red lights to the chestplate?

when making the casting did you place the 3d printed part upright or lay flat ?
