Making breech loader cartridges

Making cartridges for the 36 caliber breech loader cannon with 20 rains of fffg black powder and .360" round lead ball. The wooden dowel is 5/16" diameter and a short piece is also cut to use as a plug. This helps to keep the cartridge bag cylindrical when closing the front edge of the foil.
