Some cardboards have plastic coatings (any cardboard with added colors, ie non brown cardboards.) You're pumping microplastics into your body if you apply any heat at all to that card boards and a small amount when shredding it.

That may be so, but the amount is minimal at best compared to other environmental sources. If that is a concern then I guess sort ones materials further. Definitely a valid point to bring up thanks!

It's one of those slide and seal ziplock bags. The slider is over just a bit for fae with micro pore tape

@@ChillBillyJ thank you, you mentioned in the video but dont know what to search for better as the finds on amazon for example are weird(collagen supplements with some peptone and other, i think, unrelated stuff). That is why i was hoping for some examples or links
