Your meal was right on time especially the cabbage and potatoes! The fish also looked tasty. I haven't had walleye fish in a long time. I will have to get me some to fix along with this tasty meal. Cant forget the hot sauce with rice. 😃
I don’t use water either. I start it off on super low and cover the pan. Then ir slowly makes liquid and I’m constantly stirring and then can turn it up at the end. Still makes a TON of water

You have to use a pan that makes water and your cabbage won't burn I have done it before
