Thanks for the update on show times. We now have Grandpa on Sunday & Wednesday, you guys on Monday and Friday and Chad sometime in between. We love all y’all. Use reflectix insulation for the windows it will add a great deal of warmth to the camper ( any big box store would have it). Also you can wrap the heated insultion tape to your pipes , if you have easy access ( the kind you would use on a motor home. It would stop you from having to leave your water home. Just a thought. I live in WI and we use it for our sump pump pipe so that it doesn't freeze when it is like wind chill 15 below

Another great video Shanon and Kyle its a warm 90.68 degrees here at 2pm. I so miss the snow, and the deciduous trees. Most of our trees are evergreen, so we never have that dieback like you do. And I must admit seeing snow on the beach for the first time was incredible. I really love the partnerships at Shady Acres, everyone has a special buddy. That is the way that I was raised. I turn off the power every time I leave a room, and I like the room temperature at 68 deg. I also shut off the water whenever I am not using it. Our home is insulated enough that we don't have to worry about the pipes will freeze on the coldest days.

I have been a contractor for 40 years. I always go with DeWalt. I love them. wait for black friday at Thanksgiving to get great deals on a total package at the big box stores. Most contractors wait and but the big kits for their employess and save a load of money.

We've got a Kobalt table saw that's on a collapsible (ROLLING) stand. It's so nice to be able to roll it around to our work area, then fold up and store. And it's not so heavy that I (a 60+yr old woman) can't load it in the truck. We love it. It's roughly $250 at Lowe's.

Love y’all!! That Herc is enormous!! (His head) when he pinned you down I noticed the contrast of his & your head Shannon. Oh but so loving!! I wish I could hug & pet him like y’all do. I miss my lab granddoggy that was put down last year. She was a 14 y/o registered chocolate lab from the Coppertone line of breed. I have no grand children so she was my “granddoggy!” I just love how Herc & Smokey are so lovable - like she was. Sorry. I just love y’all & will watch you anytime!! Blessings!! 🥰🙏🏻🌿

When I lived in Florida , we had a couple of weeks of 20 degree cold fronts, kinda like now...being from Vermont, I knew to open the cabinets under the kitchen sink and bathroom sink...to keep the line from freezing, I got a couple of space blankets, wrapped the pipes and then put a heating pad, set on low, zipped tied to pipes and never had frozen pipes for the two times winter came...Cheers from Maine.

Use straw bales in conjunction with the insulation around the trailer. It will help hold in heat better.

I always enjoy your posts. Keeping the electric heaters running does help keep the temps a little more steady. Sometimes we put a space heater under our fifth wheel in the miserable cold weather. Might help? There is a problem with waste pipes when the water runs all night. It’s always a challenge. Best to you both! 😊

Just a suggestion, you could always put a commercial grade linoleum on the floor of your shed to protect the OSB and make it very easy to clean when needed. Sorry if this had already been a suggested. Just need to wairmt for the floor to dry out first.

Bosch table saw with stand. Use Diablo blades. The stand has wheels. You just leave it on the stand. It folds down easily on the stand and parks well.

I just love the goat shelter. I would love to build a chicken barn like it. Closed in with separate pens inside for different breeds and colors. The outside look is just so cool. It would have to be totally closed in woth osb and hardware clothe and windows. But I think it would make a great barn/ out building chicken coop lol.

One thing that would help to keep warmer in your mobile home, have some of that insulted panels cut to the size of your windows and put inside your window cases inside the house. It will help in extreme cold, and put duck tape on the center and fold over so you can have a lap over so when you ready to remove you you pull on the tape it will pop out.

I noticed something in this video I had not noticed before. I'm mentioning it because it could be a concern for your goats. When you went over to open the gate for the goat pen, I noticed how easily they could stick their heads in that top open area of the gate. It may be possible that if they got their heads through far enough when they go to extract their heads back into their pen area, that their horns could catch on that top bar and not be able to get their heads unstuck. Suggestion would be to put a stripe of that fencing up to cover that opening so that it would not be a potential hazard. I'm not saying this to nag, but only as a helpful suggestion. I've been watching your channel for about a month now and enjoy your sweet and happy attitudes, so thank you for sharing.

You can have your blades sharpened probably locally. Most small town hardware stores have blades picked up and returned the next week or two by a local sharpening service. I have some Diablo blades that have been resharpened for years. At least 20 times

Get a gorilla trailer the larger one and you can pull it with garden tractor or hand pull .. they come with handle that switches out and the side come off… can hold thousand pounds..
