One of the things I love most about Mark is how positive he is, how he's not afraid to speak what he think and he's not afraid to stand up for himself or the people he loves because I know that that's something I cant do and I wish I could but I just love how he doesn't pass judgement on anyone, he encourages you to do what makes you happy and not let anyone tell you otherwise and its important to hear that once in a while because I feel like we sometimes forget that its OUR life and not someone else's and we don't need their approval to go on with life.

When my anxiety and depression are really bad, my whole mindset is off-kilter and I just can't see the light in things. Thank you for sharing your story about loneliness, I'm going through exactly what you described right now. I finished university and starting my own company and I feel so lonely sometimes because all my friends are in jobs or still in uni studying further. And starting your own company can be so isolating in the early days. And I've been having so many panic attacks. So its really comforting and nice to hear that its okay to feel the way I am, and that I'm other people have experienced it.
