And don't worry too much, everyone gets nervous when moving - I remember the second my mum left me at my new house I thought 'What the bloody hell do I do now?!' - But you start to love the freedom and independence, & I'm sure you'll have the best time. - P.S - Try using a long gripping pole or a broom to rescue the mug!

DO NOT!!!!! Light that candle on your glass shelf, overtime it will crack the glass above and your whole shelf will smash. House looks great though. Unscrew your power socket (where toaster and kettle plug in to) and you should be able to fit your hand in and reach for the jar. X

This is so nice Mark! Just a tip though, when using your toaster take it out from underneath the cupboard! We have ours in a cupboard and we're told to do that otherwise the wood above may go all gross and get ruined. Absolutley love the apartment so far ❤️

If coat hanger or rubbish picker do not work, get a stick and apply strong double sided tape on it. Then push the jar against the wall and slowly start pulling it out. And I totally agree with you that IKEA is the best! If you get a chance, definitely visit one of their shops in person. So much inspiration and also cheap and relatively sturdy stuff.

Mark either dismantle ur unit to get ur jar of positive thoughts or u can get a grabber it's a long stick with a claw at the end and all u do it hold the handle put the stick behind the unit get to ur jar and grab it then pull the stick out... OK I will not go on a soap box of my biggest pet peeve of people getting pets while living with their parents then leaving that pet when they move. Sasywhatsbiz me and my half sister own a dog we share him but he lives with my nan grandad and my half sister in the town next to where I live (15 minutes away) but our dad found a fiancé and she owns 2 cats so I had to stop living/seeing my dog everyday because of the cats where I live. I miss my dog but he loves it with my grandad (they are best friends) just I might only see my dog once a month unless my nan and grandad bring him when they pick me up from school on a Friday

TOP TIP; I would turn your mugs upside down(the ones on the shelf by the kettle) otherwise they'll end up all dusty inside. I learnt this the hard way, when I served someone a dusty cuppa!
