you can lower the glass into hot water and gradually add hotter water. so it will be better and the glass will not burst. I broke a glass from a hot hair dryer while working

Hi there, I’m really having a hard time making this whipped topping and I’m guessing it’s because I used hobby lobby wax 😅 is there any type of wax that is preferable for whipping?

there are quite a few waxes that you can use but i use a combo of soy and parasoy

Awesome video!! Question. Is the dye flammable if it's not mixed in with the wax? Like, if the swirls hit the flame, will there be a problem? Hopefully that's not a stupid question. Thanks so much for sharing!!

How do you properly Wick a candle like that? Wicks come in different sizes and types and have to be tested. Does it get a full melt pool? Is the flame high?

With candles there is no one size fits all, or what works this time will work next time. You have to test individually every time once you change fragrances, vessels, wax etc. I used 4 different types of waxes which means i have to find a wick that will work well with all 3. The flame was not high and yes to the full melt pool. You have to make sure that you do not frost too high up or the wax will drown the flame.i hope this helps you 😊

Depends on your vessel, wax, and fragrance. I used a CD wick

@@Daisy-gl8qo I would test it and see if that works in the vessel you are using. That may be too high but I suggest try a few and see what works. I also don't know what fragrance oil or wax you are using. I prefer not to suggest wicks because of the various factors. 🙂
