Can the pigment you use for candles also be used for bath bombs?

I just researched both liquid & candle chip dyes I use. I checked in the descriptions of both dyes, to see if they mention using these dyes in anything other than candle wax. They both only say that the dyes are used in candle wax. If you type in google colorants for bath bombs, you’ll get a ton of great results. The great thing is google & KZbin are linked together. So when you google something you will find links to KZbin videos as well. I haven’t made bath bombs but I would love to learn someday. I hope that helps you @booksandbeauty4381. I have a question. I made a dessert candle with soya wax in a cup and gave it to a friend as a gift. She told me that it smells very nice but the wick is drowning in the wax. What could be the fault?

I stopped using the Amazon wicks even the ones that say “Eco” wicks. I started ordering from legitimate candle maker suppliers over a year and a half ago. If you like ECO Wicks, I would recommend using an ECO 8 or ECO 10 for this Candle. If you like CD Wicks, I would try a CD 8 or CD 10. Always test them and decide to wick up or down. I like Flaming Candle, and I think Candle Science is a good one as well. That’s why I made a new Candle Making video to show the new wicks I use, and JUST AS important, WHAT TEMPERATURE TO POUR THE FRAGRANCE OIL. Maybe I should have made another Cupcake Candle Video. The sprinkles are edible but you can purchase the wax sprinkles on Etsy I’ve heard. I have burnt candles like the cupcakes in this video and in a container 🫙 with real sprinkles and they just melt to the bottom. They don’t burn or catch fire. They melt to the bottom and I clean them out with a Clorox wipe or baby wipe. I hope that helps ❤️🙏 thank you for watching 🙏❤️

Using real sprinkles can start a fire. They do sell them in wax to be safe. Alot of use candle maker will not use real sugar.

Susan Galligan I Googled it for you, since you were probably busy. This was their response to your post. “While sprinkles can technically catch fire if directly exposed to a candle flame, it's highly unlikely that sprinkles on top of a burning candle will catch fire because they are usually positioned away from the wick and will sink into the melted wax as the candle burns, making them unlikely to reach a high enough temperature to ignite.” Also Susan, this video is my first video making cupcake candles. BELIEVE ME, I’ve come a long way since 2022 Susan. I’m still using them grocery store sprinkles though! Thanks for watching Susan!
