I use a big that round dipper Full of holes and let the juice drain and pour The hot cooked berries into another pan of hot water, so I boil the berries twice. I then strain the second pan of berries and combine the two Pans of juice together. You might as well get all the juice you can out of those berries, and it’s still very concentrated.

Hi, Christine! Is that a steam canner? I have never used a Sting channel. But I have used a water bath canner.

yes, a steam canner. i like it because it uses much less water than a water bath canner.

15 minutes in the big 1 litre jars 🤗
