It looks like you have some Muslim customers and even Muslim employees at d:matcha. Would you consider getting a halal certification to ensure more people can enjoy all of your cakes, sweets, and confections without worry for alcohol content? It doesn't seem like most ingredients used at your factories are problematic for halal guidelines anyways - and our community would LOVE to be able to support you further! Please consider this, as it is an unfortunate rarity in Japanese products. どうもありがとうございます💚
