Nice! I find it easier to just fold the cord in half and insert the fold in the cord into the hole in the stone.

Diamond drill bits run for about 5-10$ on Amazon for a pack of 3mm coring bits. I'd suggest using something like that, but I suppose the drill would be fine. Just need to keep the speed slow and try not to splash any water up at the drill. 👍

I dont shop on amazon but can i buy a different drill from ebay or somewhere else ? Would love to be able to do this at home with my crystals just dont really like amazon.

What size hole did you drill?

For these I use a 2mm or sometimes 3mm.

3mm coring bit from joiner - you can find them on Amazon. I like them and they hold up well! :)
