If I were to make this awesome looking Duchess custom, I probably use sugru to mold into a more accurate looking Firebox for Dutchess so it would look accurate to the one I see on TV.

No,Gordon and Duchess's classes are completely different. Gordon is an LNER A1/A3 prototype while Duchess is the last member of the LMS Coronation Class that suffered modifications,also Gordon was built in Doncaster Works while Duchess was built in Crewe Works
