Making Elderberry Gin at home

Distilling some apple mash and making gin on the apartment still with a thumper jar. I used juniper berries, licorice root, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, clove, lavender flower, elder flower, and elderberries. If you need botanicals for making gin i have them on my website.

Interesting use of elderflower and elderberries. I know Sambuca is elderberries and star anise, back sweetened with inverted syrup.
