I've been making mango wine and it turns out great. It has such a deep mango flavor and I back sweeten it just enough to make the mango flavor pop really well.

Your yeast will cut your out come to from not fermenting all the sugars. With the fruit juice you probably should of split it and ferment on dady and the other on laval wine. A dry ferment and a sweet run.

I’ve got access to both nasty jalapeño peppers 🌶️ and a concentrated mango syrup. I think I might go off the plantation and create a jar of immaculate creation. Good stuff 👍🥃💪
