Making Elderflower Wine, Part 1!

We have a monster of an elderberry bush and it produces more elderberries than we need. So, every year I harvest some of the flowers to make elderflower wine. Check out how we do it!

What sort of alcohol % do you get from this?

We get a 12-13 percent wine from this which is pretty standard. For any country wine where the flavor ingredient is not sweet I usually use 2lbs sugar to make a 1 gallon batch. Thanks for the comment!
