Cute little tri-folds! Thank you for sharing! Oh! I have a little tip for ya, Gayle. When you find yourself inking edges of a pocket that’s already been glued down, just slip a piece of scrap paper in the pocket to protect the underside from getting ink where you really don’t want it. It works great for me, so it should work good for you too! Have fun!

Hi Gayle, You're blurry today. But no worries; can hear well and see the how to. We just got on the road. We were so unorganized this time getting the RV ready. I was a real bumbler this morning trying to get ready. We haven't camped in over two years due to my two summers of ailments. But finally we are on the road. Staying a week at the Jellystone Park. And WOW, the Fall colors going through the Appalachians Mountains are just gorgeous! And yes, the little rascal germ pool finally hit me. I went to a doctor last year and she literally called the schools kiddie cesspools. LOL But, even if I run a 105 degree temperature, I'm going to enjoy this vacation! Both my hubby & deserve it after this summer of being laid up, which why everything is unorganized. My hubby was really frustrated this morning about that, but I told him it is what it is...we need to learn to adjust to being older as it's just not going to get better. Be thankful for the days we have. As you said, "Live big". I brought along craft supplies so I can keep working on the journal and other things. I told my husband I'll probably skip fishing as I don't want to take a chance falling down and re-hurting the knee. It's still not quite stable enough for reeling in salmon. I glue off the edges, too. Helps it look homemade. LOL The first folder turned out adorable. And the second, too! I will be making one of these and I know where to put it. Another good video. Well, enjoy the rest of your Monday, friend! I hope you don't get sick. never fun feeling' icky. Hugs! Sue

I also watched Gi Kerr's video late at night, and had to make one right away! She tore her sheet of into 5 pieces (the smallest piece you had was torn in half, too), so she had one of the smallest pieces left over. I also like the way you did it, because it didn't require a second sheet of paper to do the largest pocket, which hers did. Did you see the flippy thingy that Barbara of 49Butterflies just made in her last video? It was from a video that Tracie did, but Barbara's was a stand alone piece, which I really liked. Hers wasn't a tutorial, but then neither was Tracie's.

Yours works (and looks) just fine but I think where you went off the rails is that you didn't tear the last piece in half. One of those halves was made a pocket on the last fold out. You actually end up with 5 pieces with one small piece that doesn't get used. And she used something different (one of her decorative papers) to make the pocket on the back page.
