Hey Gayle, just an idea for what to do with those bigger perforated paint chip cards... Cut slits in them along the top of each color for a multipocket piece, either back it or glue it directly in journal then ad tags and ephemera into each slit pocket. It will be a paint chip ladder of pockets! Love your videos! Thanks for all the hard work you do. Lori

Fun! The house shaped tags would be regular tags if you cut off the point to flatten it, just keeping a bit of the slanted sides. I’m always envious of your sticker collection, but when I go looking I can’t decide what to get or don’t see what I like! 😳 I love it when you go “ooh ooh!” 😁 I had no idea that your daughter and her hubby couldn’t be together! Don’t know if you mentioned it somewhere along the way and I missed it. So glad they will be able to be together now. That had to be tough. It pleases me to see the ephemera folios being used. 😊 🤗💕🤗. 🐾🐾🐶

That blue metallic paint chip really makes the whole piece liven right up! When you started though, I just did not see how you were going to incorporate it at all! It is irritating in the extreme however, when you choose a different piece or put a piece other than where I want it, and have it turn out so spectacularly! I would tell you to stop if I weren't learning so much! I do thank you, once again, for more great videos...(still binging the ephemera). Take care Gayle!

Hi Gayle - when in the US, just starting with journal making, I went to Home Depot and took loads of those paint chips but they are bigger than the sample catalogue you have, these are like playing cards,. They are free but tricky to pretend you are painting your house with 400 colours. Do you know these. Hope all is well. Warmest greetings Jackie

Such a fun use of paint chip cards!!! Watching you craft gave me a couple of ideas as well, so... Thank You for that!!! I recently sorted through my paint chip cards and pulled three of every colour to pop into a box to keep closer to my desk as they weren’t in arms’ reach so I just wasn’t using them. Your video came at a really good time lol. Now I just need more time to craft. Can you see if you can do something about that for me please? Lol. You seem to just know what I need to see, when I need it. Hehehe. TFS!!! Hugs, Sharon 🌷💜

Hi, Gayle. I love the top you are wearing. Very clever ideas for the paint chips. I would add them to the collage sheets if the paint chips are the same thickness. Or you could also use them for small dies when doing die cuts. I love die cuts. Being a card maker, I use them a lot. Hmm, I need to pick up some paint chip samples when able. 😃. (Yeah, I cut, tear as I go too.) I am loving the digitals you are using. My Vintage Photo is that size. It actually has lasted a long time.

On the paint chips I think it would be fun to put some open-weave lace across, so you could see the different colors peak through. And what about cutting one in strips and weaving another color in and out? The individual colors would be interesting in snippets. Or you could use a die cut to make different shapes. Maybe cut the cards apart and use the colors in a sort of mosaic/collage. They also would be fun to doodle on.
