Making experimental DIY hydrofoil pontoons for a sailing kayak, is it possible?

Here I start the second phase in my DIY project in building a divasable sailing kayak. I build two pontoons serving two different needs. One to stabilize the kayak in strong winds with a big sail area, and one to increase slipping resistance instead of a centerboard.
