In America pepperoni Pizza is what resembles Pizza Salami in germany! Those green, hot vegetables would be called green (chilli) peppers. So if you wanted a spicy pizza with italian deli meat you would order a pizza with pepperoni and peppers. In germany it would be a Pizza Salami mit scharf (if you order at the local Dönerbude) and Pizza Salami mit Peperoni when ordered at the Pizzeria.

Just finished watching Gilmore Girls yesterday ❤ Just about done the 4th (and last episode) of Gilmore Girls: A Year in Life 💕 My friend recommended Gilmore Girls years ago, and i am still obsessed with it! Just a FYI on the steak fries. If you don't add any salt before cooking you'll have super fluffy fries. The salt draws out the water in the potatoes and can dry them out when baking/air frying. It's better to salt right when you take them out of the oven. 🙂 I learned this the hard way lol. I love your videos.

The supermarket in town has 1 or two vegan cheeses and they're super expensive! That's after years of waiting for them to get some in stock. It's better than none though, I guess. I'm not trying to pull the whole "I have it worse," I was just trying to relate.

I've always assumed that the sausage "pepperoni" actually has pepper/paprika spice - at least that's how yougoslavians make klobassa - with lots of cayenne pepper. To be quite honest I never picked pepperoni pizza, always picked veggie lovers or just cheese. One that sounds to die for is,goat cheese with oregano and spinach, peppers. Utuber Chef Jana has a vegan "goat's cheese" - but it is a longer process than some of the other cheeses on her channel.
