I have a friend who’s similarly color blind to Jacob and apparently it’s harder to tell the difference between shades of blue and easiest to see the different shades of red. i just wanna appreciate jacob's piece, it pushed so many new techniques he normally doesn't use. hope to see this prompt again

I didn't know CSP brushes took the form of a skill tree. It's amazing how much art knowledge I always gain from Drawfee!
@Mara_13372 жыл бұрын
What does that mean?
@arjunarya26582 жыл бұрын
@@Mara_1337 In the episode Nathan says that he's "always one level behind on brushes"(or something like that). He means that he doesn't tend to use the same brushes as the others, but his phrasing implies that the brushes has a level system, like a skill tree.

Rewatching this episode over a year later -- this prompt was great. SO COOL to see the different approaches to the same pose. Again again!

This was such a good episode. That ending bit with Jacob and Karina using the audience to get at each other and the moment when you realized that Julia was gonna hide the whole pose in her piece both made me cry laugh

Nathan's drawings always hit hard. He's so damn talented!!!

I also love him talking about his interests 🥺 he's usually the one listening to the others talk about theirs (typical introvert) so when he does talk about his is amazing

Ah yes. The- “pretty little meow-meow that I can put in outfits” OC- everyone has at least one. For me it’s my dnd character 😂

I loved nathans the movement of it and the way he drew the fabric and the body just felt like it had a weight and impact to it was great.

Yeah, yeah, Julia did a Julia but we hit peak Nathan in this episode and nobody’s saying anything!

Suggestion: you should try drawing Discworld characters that you've never heard of/based on their descriptions! There are so many incredible characters, like Nobby Nobbs, Moist von Lipwig, and the Hogfather! These are my favourite books, and I think they could always use more love 🥰 GNU Terry Pratchett

@@shadowl.dragmire8531 sorry but Nathan MUST draw the Librarian, this is obligatory, it’s part of the contract
@IsaacMayerCreativeWorks2 жыл бұрын
I’ve put a lot of thought into which character should be drawn by whomst. Here’s my take: Nathan: the Librarian, of course Jacob: Nanny Ogg if he goes cartoony, Rincewind if he goes more detailed Karina: Sgt. Angua (beautiful badass angsty werewolf lady) Julia: His Grace, His Excellency, The Duke of Ankh, Commander Sir Samuel Vimes of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch.

suggestion: Do the three shuffled songs again, but do each others shuffles. I think it would be fun to see how you interpret songs you don't know as well.

when I saw the theme of the episode I thought "surely Julia will get out of the theme almost completely" I laughed when I saw that I was right. And I really liked the suggestion to recreate famous paintings

For CSP users here, you can use C to make the current brush you're using as an eraser, and you can go to File - Shortcut Settings - Options - and then assign a key to "Switch between current and previous sub tools" so you can quickly change tools if you do a lot of switching. I suggest also adding a keybind to Flip and the canvas rotation tools if you constantly do those things. Small things but makes things a lot easier. Enjoy :>
@popenieafantome95272 жыл бұрын
Not csp user, but i did this for krita. “A,S,D” for rotating left/right and reseting rotation. “Z,X,C” for zooming in/out and reseting zoom. “E” for switching between brush and eraser.

You what would be cool? A Drawfee artbook. Their favorite drawings from like... 50 or so eps. I'd buy the hell out of that.
