Thank YOU! I've made this bread so many times. It's fantastic.

You call for 1 3/4 teaspoons of yeast, the Breville book you referenced from the Amazon site calls for 3.5

@@MikeMuare you still using this bread maker?
@leotabaca54765 жыл бұрын
You can always freeze the bread. I cut mine in slices, put on cookie sheet or upside down pan freeze. Only takes about 30 min to freeze. Then put in zip-loc bag. You can take out as many slices as you need. Put the rest back in freezer. Thanks for the video. The bread looks so good. I would have never tried this if it wasn’t for you. Will make tomorrow.

Thanks for demonstrating the sound of it mixing at the loudest part. Very helpful. And nowhere near as loud as the Kambrook bread machine I’ve had for 10 years. I also love that the beeps can be muted. The only thing I’m still hoping to see on a video somewhere is the size of a 1lb loaf as that’s the most suitable size for me on my own, unless I start freezing slices. I need a new freezer for that though!

Thank you Maggie. I would make one but I definitely need more experience with making it first. Cheers!

You are measuring the flour incorrectly. If not measuring by weight please measure dry in cup measuring cups where you fill and level off with a knife. You will find more consistent results. I love my Breville bread machine. Besides bread I also have made jam and dough for pizza and focaccia.

Hi Mike, thanks for the video, you said you were using Breville's own guide for the bread maker on your phone, can you give the web address or app details, for the phone. thanks N

Here is the link that is off of Breville's site. Seems they host it off of Amazon: s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/instructionbooklets/BBM800XL_IB_B10_FA.pdf

You went from metric volumes water which is great, to imperial weights flour etc so I can’t follow your recipe. I need metric but thank you. Too lazy to work it out.

French Bread is oil free
@MikeMu4 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I've never made it from scratch without the assistance of a machine. I'm sure the oil in this recipe helps the automatic breadmaking process with the Breville is all.

Brevilles french bread recipe call for 2 3/4 t yeast and no oil. Wonder why so much more yeast?

Can't stand the loud sounds for 2 hours of this machine
@MikeMu5 жыл бұрын
It doesn't last two hours of sound. I think its 30 minutes. A lot of time is spent letting the bread rise, then baking takes about 30 minutes.
@ontnette3 жыл бұрын
It’s not loud for two hours. There’s noice during the mixing stage.
