Unironically, if you are a new player, DO THIS. Pick a five star you want, I recommend Jean or Diluc, and keep rerolling accounts until you get one. Even if it takes you a week its worth it because standard banner five stars become pretty rare tbh, you could genuinely end up still not having one of them 2 years later. FYI thats me, my f2p has jean and diluc, i love them, but my main has legit several mona, qiqi, and keqing constellations but no jean or diluc.

Early on I felt like the luckiest guy ever having pulled Mona then Diluc in my two beginner's banner 10 pulls then Kazuha as my first rate up 5* at 40 pity. But now I still haven't emotionally recovered from losing 5 50/50s in a row and getting unforged instead of mistsplitter. The last time I won a 50/50 was during Childe's 2nd rerun that was like 8 months ago🥲🥲🥲

Idk if I am just lucky af coz Diluc came home immediately from my first ever pull. I did not appreciate him that much at that time coz I wanted Keqing so bad but now I am really surprised that many genshin players wanted to loose their 50/50 with him. I did this for a week when Genshin first began. Got 2 quick Diluc accounts at the first 3 hours or so... and the rest were nothing. I ended up giving one to my friend and selling (yes, back then their tracking system sucked) the other one for quick bucks bcs Diluc sold high at the time. Used some of the money to buy myself a Jean account, too (I was rerolling for her, in the first place) which I still use as my main to this very day. My love for diluc doesn't end here In version 2.7 i wanted xiao & I lost my 50/50 to diluc , currently i have c1 diluc as my main dps . I'll pull for kazuha if he comes in version 2.8. I have this account to satisfy my gambling addict side because I save on my main account, the alt account’s luck is like 10x better than mine, but I digress, a few hours ago, I saved up a 10 pull on standard from ascending my characters that were lv. 1 I did a 10 pull and it was gold, I was praying for Keqing but guess who I got? Diluc I don’t need him, sure he’s an amazing dps but the crimson witch of flames artifact domain literally despises me, I’ve used 300 resin on it before and I legit came out with such a small amount of crimson artifacts, you can literally count it with your fingers So Diluc will be stuck unbuilt until I get more motivation to farm his artifacts
