It's a pretty short trip to buy 5 mushrooms from each of them every week. For some fun math, it's 4 months minimum to acquire the required mushrooms just by buying them. Shortened by 1 week every time you go out and actually collect 10 mushrooms yourself.

The one important thing that you need to know about Baizhu is that when he uses his burst depending on his max HP he increases the dmg of dendro reactions. He is amazing in bloom, hyperbloom, and burgeon teams as if he has 50k hp then that reaction dmg is increased by 100%
