You said something about lowering the dither. What is that/what does it do?

I maybe could have used better terminology, but dithering is just the pixelated noise you get when you make size changes to digital files (or in this case, heavy editing effects, the more wild I went with the changes the more pixelated and chunky the picture itself got)
