I was paid to be an admin on a big connection of servers a long time ago. I won't say which but there has to be some give and take when it comes to roleplay and fun. She came on very argumentative and hostile straight away which is not how you approach a situation or talk to anyone. Saying "oi you stop" is not making yourself known as an admin and why is she issuing commands in front of roleplayers instead of taking you out of the situation to talk. It disturbs everyone else's roleplay. She also has not spectated you to see if claims made against you are genuine. spectating also will show the most important detail is everyone enjoying themselves. If everyone is laughing and having fun I wouldn't see a problem. I might ask you to calm down a little in a discrete manner by issuing a (PM - private message) and after 3 (PM) I would then step it up from there. People may think oh "It's just a Gmod server" but there are good servers that do give training to admins. or there used to be. I mean she wasn't even on duty as far as I could tell.

If you're talking about Kayla, she's literally the leader of the medical depatment. Her ability to job ban him from it is not tied to her admin ability, she is a very high up in-character rank who has the ability to demote people out of her department. All those people who got pulled out to job ban were the leaders of different departments who aren't admins, they just have the ability to job ban out of their departments. Her "oi stop", was in-character, she CAN do that in-character because she is the Dpt. Director of medical. As the leader of medical, if she just lets people in her department minge around as you say, she gets in BIG trouble due to how high of a position she's in. The only reason she pulled him into the sit was because the SCP kept pulling him into the dimension, making it impossible to talk to him otherwise. I think it's very crucial you understand the actual roleplay ranks of people before you start handing out judgements purely based on them being staff. This was not a staff matter, the staff just had to get involved to make it happen.

Lmao. But fr Jay does bring a lot of ppl into the server, and not only ones who fool around. i know multiple people who genuinely play this server and only found out about it fron Jay's videos. I do think in general Jay is quite well liked even tho everyone knows chaos follows him when he enters the server :)

jay got literally the lowest possible punishment he coulve gotten lol, injected like a dozen people with the teleporting liquid and only got a 1 day jobban (+ he did get a verbal warning beforehand) ive seen people get much harsher punishments for less. Its jays whole bit that he trolls and gets banned on servers, thats what makes the videos funny, i dont see why you are surprised if he literally connects to the server intending to break the rules. its not even like jay is mad about this, he knows whats going to happen and just makes funny videos of him breaking the rules in a funny way

i meaan come on, jays whole bit is purposefully breaking rules on gmod servers, he expects to be banned. in fact the mod here gave probably the most leanient punishment possible, first a verbal warning, and then a 1 day jobban (you just cant play on that job for 1 day but can play other jobs. tho there were some issues with the command) and in the end she didnt even ban him, it was a different mod who gave the jay a ban at the end of the video. so i dont rly see how its powertripping when she literally gave him the lowest possible punishments, and jay purposefully broke the rules to make a funny video lol its not even like jay is mad about this, his whole bit is that he fools around, gets banned, waits for unban, and trolls again.
