Hi Mark, I don't know. There is a clothing industry in Bangladesh right? Perhaps also a shoe industry? Our shoes are made in the Goodyear welt technique. If you want to learn on your own a good place to start is probably the book 'Handmade Shoes for Men' by Laszlo Vass

We as a brand are located in Belgium, our partner who makes the shoes is located in Spain actually, all the people you see in this video are locals from Almansa, a shoemaking town close to Valencia. Best regards!
