What type of sheet do you use for outer frame sir? It looks different and hard

Its mount board. Its a paper based cardboard 1mm thickness. If you apply flex quick glue over it will become hard enough.

Its not made. its called inlay profile which is used for making cabinets. Its available in hardware shops
