Oh oh!! No messing around today, you got the boss working with you today!! Really enjoy when you load the barn with the blower. I've never seen it before. Would like to see inside the baler as it loads hay. Keep up the good work

Great video as allways! But is it earli cut or is the field old? I dont know how to explain. Like we do in norway. Every 4 year we plow the grass fields. But we use only gras tho for diarycows. Rygrass and timotei.

Thanks 🙂 no its old, we rented this field this year. We usually don't reseed permanent grassfields 😉 do you do it because of weeds or you just want specific species of grass? 🤔

Have you ever thought about geting fronthydraulich with front pto so that you could use a front mower too? Because your 5085 could run them both easily ( know it because we mow with one which god less hp) 😁 Oh and as i always forget keep up the great work and get enough hay for your cows! 😄

I have but I don't think 85 hp would be enough for two mowers on steep fields 🤔 Do you run them on flat fields? Thanks! 😁👍

@@farmerspov4709 not at all, I mean yeah we mostly have flat fields ( about 40 acres) but also some mountain fields ( about 5 acres) and yeah if we mow the mountain fields we dont use our 3m front and3.8m backmower insteat we use then 3m front and 2m back mowers. And yeah it you noticed that my tractor is strugfling upills, ok it has 75 hp xD, but we only do about two to three headlanes and then mow across the slope so that only turning is a bit of a problem. But everybody should know by himslef if he wanna do it because as I noticed if you mow with such less hp wear and tear is getting higher than you probably would think. At least its a question of money and because ( as you probably know) more wear and tear means more money must be spent in services for the tractor. For me the wear and tear is acceptable but its only ok for me because i use mostly older and more robust tractors. If I would do it with a newer one for exmpl. a 6130 or a 5075m or other tractors in the hp range the maintendance would cost me about twice as much as it does right now with my (a bit tuned) 1640.

@@farmerspov4709 2019 & 2020 it was very dry in Bavaria and whole germany. In this years some ereas are dry, some are wet (like bavaris) and some are catastrophicaly flodded. I hope you will get some rain for the grass & corn to grow! I am always happy when i get a notification from KZbin starting with "Famer' POV...." 🙂👍 I love your videos, gut cutting, never boring. Thanks! Yeah this field isn't the best for quality hay, it wasn't fertilized much in the past so we're trying to get more grass species in 😉All sorts of species on this field, common vetch, red clover, meadow fescue, field scabious,... you can see that its quite colorful 😀
