Hey, hi, hello everyone and welcome back to Morgs' Menu!
Today’s video I show you how to make hibachi-style food at home! The exact steps and ingredients used are listed down below.

Ingredient List:
~1/2 lb. to 1 1lb. desired protein (steak/chicken/shrimp/etc.)
2 medium zucchini
1 package slice mushrooms
~ ½ cup rice (uncooked)
½ small onion
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup peas (frozen recommended for texture)
2 eggs
3 - 4 tbsp.Teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman recommended)
1 - 2 tsp. Coconut aminos
1 - 2 tsp. Soy sauce
Garlic salt (or salt & pepper)
~3 tbsp. Avocado oil
Steps:
1. Cook rice as according to package descriptions; add in 1 tsp. each of coconut aminos and soy sauce during cooking process
2. Heat large cast iron skillet at medium heat with 1 tbsp. oil
3. Chop onion and carrots
4. Once pan and oil are hot, add in onion, carrots and peas; sauté until soft and season with garlic salt
5. Move sautéed vegetables to one side of pan
6. Whisk eggs and cooking on empty side of pan, constantly stirring until fully cooked
7. Add in cooked rice with vegetables and eggs, stirring to combine
8. Remove from pan; rinse/wipe out pan to remove egg/etc.
9. Heat large and small cast iron pans at medium heat with 1 tbsp. each of oil (if you only have one, cook vegetables first and set to side before cooking meat)
10. Chop zucchini
11. Add marinated steak in small pan; stirring occasionally until fully cooked
12. Add zucchini in large pan and cook for about 3 minutes then add in mushroom
13. Cover with lid and cook for additional 5 - 10 minutes until zucchini is soft
; add in ~1 tbsp. teriyaki once cooked and stir to combine
14. Serve steak and sautéed vegetables alongside rice
15. Top with soy sauce, yum yum sauce, or any other desired sauce
This made 2 very large servings; we both had leftovers for the next day!
