Sweet heat sauce : use ingredients to your likening , hot sauce, honey, red pepper flakes
Garlic Parmesan sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2/4 cup grated Parmesan, 1 tbs Italian seasoning, 1 tbs Cajun seasoning , 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp minced garlic. Mix well.
French fry seasoning: to your liking
Paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning.
Chicken batter: 3/4 cup pancake flour, 3/4 cup regular flour, 1 tsp onion powder, 1tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, Mix well.
Eggs, beaten well , 1 cup butter milk
Dip chicken in buttermilk, then flour mixture, then egg mixture, then flour. Fry until done.

Happy Friday . Just watched Brooke's video on copycat Cheesecake Factory pasta and veggies dish . The savings was incredible.. she said she liked the pasta and whatever veggies she and her sister would use when they were younger and it was better than what she made... We have a Huey Magoo's in my town( in Florida )so I do know their product.. it's ok but I know yours will taste so much better so let's go Aunt Vickie 🥰.. got a little bite to the spicy sweet sauce... I'd do the buttermilk sauce... Chicken looks delicious.... Good to see Chris... He loves it...yeah... Love your reactions to your meal and the sweet heat... I adore you so much... I think I’d love both sauces Vickie I love spicy sauces and I love buttermilk based sauces so I know they will be great!! I think that Parmesan buttermilk sauce would be a great veggie dip !! Thanks for posting the. Recipes ! God bless ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈

Aunt Vickie everything looked delicious you are a great cook i like when your hubby taste test and gives his opinion you two make such a sweet couple its nice to see someone still together and in love these days .
