Many years ago, when our house got the halogen oven(nowadays it's mistakenly labeled as air fryer), whenever we have stingray, my dad would _bakar_ it inside the oven. Nowadays, we just gilled it on hot plate on top the stove, or make curry, because the old halogen oven got it's glass lid broke. Don't know why, but I suspect someone dropped it. But what most important when it comes to grilled food is the dipping sauce, in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe, lao pan.
