Spicy and hot soft tofu stew recipe for cold weathers.

Recipe:
*Stew base
lard 2~3T
pork 250g
1 root of green onions
minced garlic 2T
Yondu (soy sauce) 2T
fine pepper powder 2T
pepper powder 1T
rice wine 1T
a bit of water
*Stew ingredients
soft tofu 350g
1~2 roots of small green onions
mushroom 3~50g
small onion 1/2
a bit of salt
water 500ml
1. Cut soft tofu in half and season with salt
2. Melt lard in a frying pan and fry pork.
3. Add scent by putting in minced green onions and garlic.
4. Add rice wine.
5. Add fine pepper powder and regular powder and stir fry.
6. Pour in Yondu (soy sauce). If pork has been cooked through, remove from heat. (stew base)
7. In a pot put in 100g of stew base add soft tofu, mushroom, onion, water and boil.
8. Boil for 10~20mins and decorate with ingredients (mushroom, onion, big and small green onions) and add an egg on top.
9. Boil for around 5mins or until the egg is cooked.
10. Enjoy.
