Fun Fact: Cheetahs aren't big cats! Cheetahs are in their own separate genus, and they don't possess some of the attributes that big cats have, like the ability to roar. I mean there are only 7 big cats, 4 of which are leopards, and three of which were already taken, so yeah getting creative with some of these cat choices was really fun to see.

Mashu - The New beggining. Represents the new life that was given to RaiEnsui Shinno - Represents the Forest around the Tower, That keeps the air clean. Hyouhi - Represents the Cold Night after the Tragedy Kenzu - Represents the Soul of them being transferred or being modified Anjo - Represents the Moon that gave Light on that Night. Then again that list might need some ground rules to follow tho: (01) Evolution Names: Just like Armarouge and Ceruledge, the Evolutions should follow the same naming convention in that each Evolution's name is a combination of 2 words (One referring to the Evolution's color scheme and the other referring to a weapon the Evolution is based on) (02) Armor Names: As with the Auspicious (Armarouge) & Malicious (Ceruledge) Armors, the other Armors (Which are, of course, used to evolve Charcadet into the other Evolutions) should likewise follow the same naming pattern (Each Armor's name ends with "-ious"). Also, in accordance with the In-Game Descriptions of the Auspicious & Malicious Armors, the other Armors should similarly be described as bearing contents described with the respective Armor's name ("Auspicious wishes" for the Auspicious Armor & "Malicious will" for the Malicious Armor) (03) Armor Materials: At the Zapapico town center, there is a man (Scarlet) / woman (Violet) who will trade the player Auspicious Armor (Scarlet) / Malicious Armor (Violet) in exchange for 10 Bronzor Fragments (Scarlet) / Sinistea Chips (Violet). I dont get why people gloss over the fact that the designer said he wanted a blend of silhouette of cats and dogs. Suicune got leopard spots, but his actual silhouette is closer to a hound. Entei gives a lion and mastiff mix. Raikou is the only one I think is pure cat.

Caracal's depending on what you go by aren't big cats, some say they are some say they aren't. I personally think that Big Cats are the cats that roar, so Lions, Tigers, Leopards & Jaguars. So stuff like Caracal's, Snow Leopard's, Cougars & Clouded Leopards are small cats. Also it's not really that Clouded Leopards are different, they just aren't leopard (Same with Snow Leopards). Leopards are Panthera Pardus, Snow Leopards are Panthera Uncia & Clouded Leopards are Neofelis Nebulosa (They're not even in the same genus. Also Snow Leopards are more like Tigers than Snow Leopards). Also the Egyptian Lady this Espeon is based on also being the daughter of a bird is kinda like Ho-oh making the Legendary Beasts.

So another thing about the legendary beasts is that they reflect the events of what happened to the old Burnt Tower. A lightning storm with pouring down rain caused the wooden tower to burst into flames by an unfortunate and cold twist of fate while three Pokemon were resting inside its walls. Then a miracle came to be by Ho-oh bestowing upon the fallen trio new life. That’s Raikou for the lightning, Suicune for the rain and Entei for the fire, but I did slip in the choice words there for a reason. Wooden tower for Leafeon’s beast, Unfortunate for Umbreon’s, Cold for Glaceon’s, ‘Twist of Fate’ for Espeon, and then Miracle for Sylveon. How’s that for clever?

Just taking time to point out that English is clearly not the _only_ complicated language humans have devised. Also, "Mashu" made me think of Avatar: the Last Airbender with the city of Omashu, which is convenient considering the city in its media was created as a symbol of the love between two members of opposing tribes. It is quite fitting for the Fairy typing, even if by proxy.

Seeing you make new Pokemon of any category (X Pokemon of every type, turning X into Y) is just a joy to take in. Although, you do seem to miss a part of Pokemon that often goes underappreciated: the items. Using the right items at the right time can make or break a battle. Especially items that add extra effects or boost a type's power. And recently, a certain Pokemon has exemplified the importance of items in battle. In fact, getting her items back is the major plot of the latest game's first DLC. That's right, I'm referring to Ogerpon and her masks. We've only seen masks for four types (fire, water, rock, and grass), but what if she had more masks? Why not have a graceful flying mask? Or a spooky ghost mask? Why not up her cuteness and give her an adorable fairy-type mask? So, that should be the next "Of Every Type" video: an Ogerpon mask of every type!

I always liked the idea of the Legendary Beasts having been Eeveelutions. Totally not partially because I love the Eeveelutions anyway, lol. I never did like when detractors of the theory says that the episode of that one anime that shows their origin didn't have the silhouettes resemble Eeveelutions, though, because it's like, "What Pokemon *do* those silhouettes resemble other than generic quadrupeds? It's meant to be a mystery. If the silhouettes resembled any canon Pokemon in particular, then it wouldn't be a mystery for the same reason the 'Who's That Pokemon?' segment was easy." That aside, though, I really like all of these Legendary Beast incarnations. They're all every bit as cute as I find Raikou, Entei, and Suicune to be.

In heart gold and soul silver, all three legendary beast had a variation theme of their battle theme to represent their type. So with these new legendary beats Mashu - The theme would have sparkling or feminine sounds like flutes or clarinets Shino - Drum beats to represent jungle canapy Hyouhi - Harp and xilophone to represent the cold Kenzu - Sitar and guitar to represent a balance and relaxed mind Anjo - Bass guitar to represent stealth and sneakiness of dark types.
