You should try to use the stems of the mushrooms next time you cook. They as delicious as the caps of the mushrooms and means more food. :) I think it is just a waste to compost them when you can enjoy the whole mushroom. Thanks for the esthetic videos! We Italians are very proud of our cuisine. We care that the recipes are respected to the letter, because we think that if a person who tastes one of our "modified" dishes for the first time and does not like it, then he will believe that Italian cuisine is not good. As if an Italian tried a badly done Asian dish for the first time and then thought that oriental cuisine is not for him. But there is nothing wrong with experimenting a little, we do it often too. Mine is from joseph joseph! amzn.to/3AFOPmO I use a compost liner with it (you can buy biodegradable compost liners from supermarkets) I'm using it for 4 months now and so far no problems! I empty it every 3-4 days :)
