Welcome to the vibrant and entrepreneurial world of Miami, where dreams are made, and success knows no bounds. In this episode of American Paycheck S2, we dive into the thriving cultural and business scene of the Magic City.
Meet dynamic duo Ani and Cesar, who took a leap of faith to bring modern Vietnamese cuisine with a splash of hip-hop to Miami, with their pop-up restaurant ‘Phuc Yea.’ Nearly a third of restaurants fail within their first year, but spoiler alert: Phuc Yea is now in its 12th year of business.
But food isn’t the only flavor in Miami. Follow the incredible transformation of DJ ReRe, who went from spinning tunes at Disney World to becoming a sought-after DJ in one of the world's hottest nightlife scenes. And then there’s Andre, the hospitality guru, who curates unforgettable experiences for Miami's elite.
These Miami millennials showcase the ambition and confidence it takes to live life to the fullest in Florida’s hottest destination - and line their pockets while they’re at it.

If you tell people it's Vietnamese food and jack up the price 10 fold and make it look quirky and I'm telling you they will eat up anything. That looked like it was hummus and broiled beef legs. Lol

Nah. The income of those examples vs the cost of living? I'd rather live somewhere else. Happy with 55k income in Germany where cost of living is low....

Well the potential to earn an income is way higher also. Of course most people live in an absolutely horrible place, but it's that "hope" of becoming rich. It can make you delusional

And Germany doesn't tax you while you are abroad like the USA does.

I live in a homeless shelter in Miami. No money. No car. No home for over 3 years now. I lost everything I brought here from Texas. Long story.
