Years ago I used to sell tires and made good money. My buddy owned a wholesale/retail tire shop. The wholesale side was crazy. Box truck loads of tires came in twice a week. High tread tires were $20-$30, 8/32s and up. He must have had an account with major tire installers as the tires needed to be repaired. If it was a Michelin or Pirelli, I bought them, regardless of size. Those were the good ol days.
