Have you tried looking brother? I fear no one wants to recommend anything since this is an important issue and if things don't go well or its not 100% Sharia compliant they will be sinful, best search for yourself, do your research and say bismillah and support these efforts. But don't think everyone is sitting on their hands not doing anything, There are a lot of efforts all over the world, including the west attempting to make things more and more halal and here's hoping these endeavors and successful.
