This fantastic!! I make awesome zombie masks and wanted up my game of details. I wanted to create a pulsing brain. I like your technique and was thinking running tubing down the back of the mask under the hairline , down the sleeve and actuate it by squeezing a air ball? Not sure what that called . Kind of like pumping ball on blood pressure kit.

Movie directors ought to make billions of films that involves hundreds of body inflating. body flesh throbbing special effects as air bladders special effects.

I remember a similar effect being used at the end of the 1953 "War of the Worlds" film to show a Martian dying from infection.
