Making my CNY dress

I always miss the chance to do this in time.. well not this time! But in return I missed a lot of other things I could have done.. like Christmas and stuff .
That's the unfortunate truth about time.. you pick and choose your projects and you hope and prey you'll get around to the rest eventually.
