Making my friend eat RAW MEAT | Steak Tartare by the Sea!

So here in northern Italy, Torino and Piedmont region we have a long tradition of raw meat recipe called tartare as in French and also raw fish tartare. Greetings from Italy. Plus: even if I do not understand a single word I love the sound of Welsh language. Bravo così.
