Instead of the flax egg just use a tablespoon of vinegar, you don't taste it, but this is what vegan chefs use in baked goods and the product turns out so fluffy

I love this video! So fun :) Thank you. One thing I found that makes making pancakes so much easier is a big square teflon pan. It fits 4 decent sized pancakes and you have room to flip them. I normally shy away from teflon and from "another kitchen gadget" , but for me, this pan is worth it. i just wash it by hand, really carefully to keep all of that teflon intact. The cake looked amazing!

Holy cow, good job on those Korean corn dogs! They stayed together perfectly and were so crispy and looked so good!! I've always wanted to try Korean corn dogs and Tteokbokki and you did a great job on everything 😊 this makes me want to do this for my fiancés birthday in the future when we finally live together ! If you haven’t seen the vegan deli slices by “unreal deli” I recommend checking them out. I’m in Florida, so may be a regional thing, but they have vegan corn’d beef, roast beef, turkey slices, and maybe even more?! And they’re pretty darn good imo.

Recommendation for vegan deli slices- if you have a kroger or kroger owned store near you, they have their own store brand called simple truth and they are so good. Best vegan deli slices i've had. they are about the same price too!
